FC Bayern reportedly submits “final offer” to Alphonso Davies

Canadian Alphonso Davies has informed his Bayern Munich teammate that he has received a final offer to extend his contract with the club.

As of now, the player has not responded to the proposal, which the Bavarians hope will prevent him from leaving for free.

There are options for him to renew. They are there.

Just a few days ago, Bayern Munich’s sporting director, Max Eberl, emphasized that the club is committed to renewing Alphonso Davies’ contract.

The 24-year-old Canadian is set to be out of contract at the end of this season.

It’s therefore not surprising that, according to Bild podcast “Bayern Insider”, the player has confirmed to his teammates that he has a new offer from the Bavarian club.

However, he has not disclosed whether he is inclined to accept it.

On the lookout for Alphonso Davies

In theory, this should be the final attempt by the Munich team.

If the player ignores the offer or responds negatively, the club will likely abandon this option and move on from a player who has, to date, played 209 official matches, scoring 11 goals and providing 34 assists.

From a distance, several clubs are closely monitoring the situation.

If the contract is not extended, Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, and Manchester United will be ready to act, aiming to recruit a player of his caliber without incurring any transfer fees.
