The 21-year-old forward’s contract with Bayern Munich is set to expire in June 2026, and so far, he has not accepted an offer that would secure his future in Bavaria for a longer term.

According to Kicker, if the talented player does not extend his contract, the club would be “very interested” in acquiring him as reported by fussballtransfer.com

While the report does not specify further details, it is already known that several Premier League clubs might also be looking to capitalize on this situation.

Despite the buzz surrounding him, the Munich club remains optimistic about extending the contract of the Stuttgart native.

“I truly hope that the initial positive discussions between Max Eberl and Christoph Freund with Jamal Musiala will ultimately result in an extension,” said Jan-Christian Dreesen, the head of the board, in Abendzeitung.

Historically, Real Madrid has taken advantage of Bayern’s struggles to renew contracts, having previously signed David Alaba on a free transfer.

Additionally, the Chamartín side is also keeping an eye on Alphonso Davies, whose contract expires in 2025 and who appears uninterested in continuing his role on the left wing at the Allianz Arena. Who knows, Jamal Musiala might be the next one to join their ranks.
